Job Description

We're a fast-growing international staffing firm assisting companies in building high-quality, affordable remote teams.

This is a critical client-facing role where you'll handle incoming leads, guide them through the early stages, and build lasting relationships.

As the first impression of our company to potential clients, your communication, professionalism, and intelligence will directly represent the quality and professionalism we stand for.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs
  • Presenting our services confidently, asking the right questions, and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Guiding clients through every step from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding
  • Maintaining communication during the sourcing phase and managing follow-ups after candidate presentations
  • Managing client satisfaction and retention as the primary account manager once roles are closed
  • Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
  • Handling administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements
  • Building and managing your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up

Requirements include fluent English, exceptional communication skills, professional presence, a university degree in business or a related field, tech-savviness, an empathetic sales approach, and at least 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing.

Bonus points go to those with experience working with international clients, familiarizing themselves with remote hiring models, and having a background in startups or high-growth environments.
