We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to drive our publisher growth strategy, leveraging their expertise in affiliate marketing and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and prioritizing high-potential publisher opportunities, building strong relationships with key partners, and executing successful commercial discussions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize key publisher opportunities across various verticals, including cashback, content, influencers, and fintech.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outreach and industry events, ensuring seamless onboarding of publishers with collaborative efforts from internal product and tech teams.
- Pitch our value proposition, lead commercial discussions, and execute contracts to maximize revenue.
- Analyze performance data and lead optimization initiatives to scale revenue, aligning with advertiser teams to ensure supply-demand fit and optimize campaign opportunities.
- Share market intelligence and publisher feedback with internal teams to shape product and go-to-market strategy.
- Conduct quarterly/annual business reviews and co-develop growth strategies to drive long-term success.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing and partnerships, with a focus on publisher development and growth.
- Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, including key players, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
