About the Role

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are eager to dive deep into the world of brand creation and development. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our seasoned brand teams, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of building and growing a brand. Your journey will be a dynamic process through launching and scaling a brand from its inception to a fully-fledged market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Incubation: You will participate in the initial stages of brand creation
  • Market Research: Conducting initial product and market research, in collaboration with the brand team
  • Brand Development: Working closely with the brand team to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy
  • Launch: Assisting in the launch of the brand, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry
  • Scaling: Actively contributing to the growth and expansion of the brand

You will engage in research, planning, and execution phases of brand development and support the brand team in different stages of the brand lifecycle. You will also contribute innovative ideas for brand growth and market penetration.

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing Management, Finance/Accounting, Management Engineering, or equivalent

Professional Experience: Not required, but previous experience in marketing, business development, or related fields is advantageous

Team Assignment After One Year

After completing their first year, you will be assigned to either the Brand Incubation Team or the Brand Scaling Team:

  • Brand Incubation Team: Focus on launching a new set of brands, applying learned experience in brand creation and market introduction
  • Brand Scaling Team: Focus on strategies and activities that contribute to the growth and expansion of these established brands
