Company Overview:

As a major distributor in the beverage industry, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Territory Development Supervisor to lead and manage sales operations, route planning, and team performance within a defined market area. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on growth, compliance, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales development strategies for assigned area
  • Lead and manage Pre-sellers, Route Salesmen, and Helpers
  • Monitor KPIs: volume targets, route call completion, buying outlets, AR, and empties retrieval
  • Ensure execution of trade marketing programs and sales campaigns
  • Validate transactions, analyze reports, and recommend corrective actions
  • Conduct regular route rides, sales coaching, and account verification
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and team discipline
  • Track team performance and maintain high morale and motivation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG sales, ideally in returnable glass business
  • Strong leadership, route planning, and sales coaching experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales analytics
  • Holder of professional driver's license (Codes 2 & 3)
