Job Role

The position of HR Business Partner exists to enhance and maintain the effectiveness of HR operations across a multi-location organization that serves vulnerable communities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding/terminations, and performance documentation
  • Maintain accurate file management and version control in HR systems
  • Protect confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate, track, and document Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) aligned with company policy and consultant guidance
  • Monitor employee relations issues, document incidents, and escalate appropriately
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Assistant role
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, and HR platforms
  • Expert knowledge of US HR practices, including PIPs, compliance, and employee relations
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication; proven ability to work with international staff
Work Arrangement
  • Remote position
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Required to provide own computer with at least Intel Core i5 or equivalent or higher
