Role Summary:

This role offers the opportunity to shape and create an HR function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support by answering team members' questions and responding to requests regarding their employment and contracts, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain our HRIS ensuring accuracy in processing all team member changes and new joiners.
  • Owning global projects such as engagement initiatives or training programmes.
  • Partnering with managers and employees supporting HR processes and driving the people strategy for your areas of responsibility.
  • Process new hires including country-specific onboarding documentation creation of files systems set-up coordination of introductory reviews.
  • Support employees during benefits enrollment and payroll processing ensuring timely accurate data submission.
  • Liaise with payroll teams to ensure smooth salary payments.
  • Manage internal department purchases through purchase orders.
  • Offer administrative support to employees during benefits enrollment.
  • Conduct regular audits of employment files and systems to guarantee compliance and up-to-dateness.
