Job Summary:
A highly motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant Coordinator is needed to support our team at TOPSERVE SERVICE SOLUTIONS, INC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and preparing correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
• Assist with data entry and other tasks as required.

Requirements:
• Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
• Preferably with work experience but not necessary.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Exhibit an excellent sense of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel).

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $40,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
