The Role:

This full-time position involves working closely with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process. You will be responsible for guiding new clients through their initial 60 to 90 days, setting clear expectations, and communicating progress to internal stakeholders. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will be crucial in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and maintain implementation programs for small to medium-sized clients.
  2. Lead end-to-end customer implementations, including successful software adoption and training.
  3. Set accurate client and internal stakeholder expectations.
  4. Communicate effectively with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers regarding client progress.
  5. Assist with high-priority requests or issue escalations as needed.
  6. Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance communications, tools, and products.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of customer-facing implementation experience.
  • Experience with US payroll, either in an implementation capacity or in managing payroll in-house.
  • Basic spreadsheet/database skills and ability to learn quickly.

Nice To Have:

  • Startup experience of 1 to 3 years.
