Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Monitor and add potential leads to CRM software.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Manage business social media accounts.
  • Check invoices via Stripe.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
  • Conduct research to enhance project outcomes.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Exceptional time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with current technologies such as Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Ongoing learning attitude and proactive approach to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
