Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions using Dayforce's cloud-based human capital management platform.

  • Collaborate with customers to gather and document requirements.
  • Design and implement customized solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth solution delivery.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in support, consulting, or project management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, XML, and XSLT programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in the HCM space is preferred, as well as certification in payroll compliance legislation and fundamentals.
