Project Coordination Role

We are seeking a meticulous Project Coordinator to collaborate with our project team and ensure the successful execution of ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with our project manager, provide exceptional client support, and maintain open communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project planning, coordination, and execution activities
  • Assist the project manager in scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and update project dashboards
  • Prepare regular status reports and escalate project risks when necessary
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
