Requirements

Previous experience in developing relationships quickly is essential, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a proven history of conflict resolution with both internal teams and clients.

A bachelor's degree in business, communication or a related field is preferred.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios and using Salesforce.
  • 2+ years of client-facing project management experience at a SaaS-based business.
