Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee multiple software development projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating IT or software development projects, with a proven ability to structure project activities and tasks in a clear, actionable manner.
  • This role involves managing at least two IT/software development projects, ensuring milestones, workflows, and deliverables are met.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with developers and technical teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and align priorities.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Foster open communication and ensure stakeholders are informed of project status and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
