Job Overview

We\'re seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from conception to delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate between high-level vision and detailed execution, driving projects that transform our technology landscape while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for complex technology initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets ranging from $500K to $5M+
Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Facilitate executive-level presentations and strategic planning sessions
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and key clients
  • Translate technical requirements into business value propositions
  • Ensure transparent communication across all organizational levels
  • Identify potential project risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies
  • Lead crisis management and rapid problem-solving when issues arise
  • Implement quality assurance processes and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Navigate complex technical and organizational challenges with creative solutions
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 5+ years managing technology projects with budgets exceeding $1M
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development practices
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification
Industry Experience
  • Proven success delivering software products, infrastructure upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with remote and distributed teams
  • Track record of managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
