Procurement Coordinator: Strategic Sourcing Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Procurement Coordinator to join our strategic sourcing team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process, ensuring seamless communication across departments, and driving strategic execution across our brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the vendor onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and managed effectively.
  • Input pricing updates and adjustments across various platforms, aligning with business strategies and goals.
  • Manage invoicing processes, track credits and rebates, and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Support operational teams in addressing escalations, including supply chain, inventory, and quality-related issues.
  • Monitor and report on product quality, managing expiration dates and coordinating necessary escalations.
  • Assume responsibility for data management systems, ensuring seamless integration of SKU information across tools and accurate tracking of product specifications.
  • Coordinate new product launches, ensuring logistics, pricing, and inventory strategies align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic planning efforts, including market intelligence gathering and product reformulations.
  • Organize the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), making recommendations for continuous improvement in all operational areas.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in procurement/sourcing/supply chain operation, with relevant experience in Food or CPG Industry.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Tableau and Project Management experience is a plus.
  • A degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or other relevant area of study is desirable but not required.
