This is a full-time, long-term role as a Virtual Assistant supporting fast-growing startups with diverse administrative and communication tasks.
Your Role Responsibilities- Draft emails and handle business communications to ensure timely responses and effective relationships with clients and customers.
- Participate in video conferences to stay informed and contribute to discussions.
- Interface with clients and customers through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Schedule and plan meetings and events to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct online research and data collection using spreadsheets to provide valuable insights.
- Prepare reports and analysis to support business decisions.
- Creatively work with writing and media to develop engaging content.
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned to support the team's goals.
- Fully fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in the use of various apps and technology to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Available to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time), with occasional overtime required.
- No prior experience required; any relevant experience will be considered.
