Virtual Assistant Opportunity

This is a full-time, long-term role as a Virtual Assistant supporting fast-growing startups with diverse administrative and communication tasks.

Your Role Responsibilities
  • Draft emails and handle business communications to ensure timely responses and effective relationships with clients and customers.
  • Participate in video conferences to stay informed and contribute to discussions.
  • Interface with clients and customers through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and events to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct online research and data collection using spreadsheets to provide valuable insights.
  • Prepare reports and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Creatively work with writing and media to develop engaging content.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned to support the team's goals.
About You
  • Fully fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in the use of various apps and technology to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Available to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time), with occasional overtime required.
  • No prior experience required; any relevant experience will be considered.
  • Serious, career-oriented candidates who are motivated to learn and grow.
  • Track record of success at work or in school, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
