Remote Cryptocurrency Operations & Support Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the operational, marketing, and customer support tasks for our rapidly expanding Australian cryptocurrency exchange. This is a remote, full-time role with flexible hours.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media, as well as basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Proficiency in CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues is also essential.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing social media presence by creating and scheduling posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Telegram.
  2. Assisting with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and crypto networks.
  3. Providing professional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
  4. Participating in user testing, reporting bugs, and suggesting improvements for platform updates.
  5. Staying up-to-date on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  6. Supporting administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for crypto and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
