Administrative Support:

  • Manage the company's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails, handling correspondence on behalf of the company.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.

Communication Management:

  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the company.
  • Coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Office Management:

  • Oversee office supplies and equipment to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, budgeting, and invoicing.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the company.

Work Environment:

  • Typically works in an office environment.
  • May be required to work out of office to transact with different offices as may be required (Banks, Government Offices, etc.).

Qualifications:

Education:

  • 2 year or 4 year Business degree holder.

Experience:

  • Experience in handling a wide range of administrative support tasks.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
