Seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks for US and Canadian clients in a permanent work-from-home role.
Your RoleHere's what you will be doing:
- Respond to emails and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings and organize client calendars.
- Manage a contact list and prepare customer spreadsheets.
- Keep online records and perform market research.
- Create presentations as assigned.
- Address employees' administrative queries.
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact.
- Prioritize and organize tasks, monitor progress.
- Meet client expectations and demands.
- Identify operational issues and suggest improvements.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to assist management.
- Assist in formulating targets for individuals and teams.
- Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The company is looking for:
- At least 6 months of experience in HR, Marketing, Executive Secretary, Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or BPO industry.
- Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRMs.
- Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, Lumen5, or similar platforms.
- Knowledgeable in all social media platforms.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Basic knowledge of creative output (graphic, video).
- Advanced computer skills and tech-savvy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and handle distractions.
- Great focus, attention to detail, adaptability, and a team player attitude.
- PHP 15,200 to PHP 17,200 per month.
- Permanent work-from-home, full-time, long-term employment.
- Basic salary plus government-mandated benefits, health benefits, leaves, bonuses, and other incentives.
- Salary based on skills, attitude, performance, and attendance.
- US and Canadian clients.
- Shift: Graveyard Monday to Friday.
