Seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks for US and Canadian clients in a permanent work-from-home role.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings and organize client calendars.
  • Manage a contact list and prepare customer spreadsheets.
  • Keep online records and perform market research.
  • Create presentations as assigned.
  • Address employees' administrative queries.
  • Provide customer service as the first point of contact.
  • Prioritize and organize tasks, monitor progress.
  • Meet client expectations and demands.
  • Identify operational issues and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to assist management.
  • Assist in formulating targets for individuals and teams.
  • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • At least 6 months of experience in HR, Marketing, Executive Secretary, Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or BPO industry.
  • Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRMs.
  • Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, Lumen5, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledgeable in all social media platforms.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Basic knowledge of creative output (graphic, video).
  • Advanced computer skills and tech-savvy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and handle distractions.
  • Great focus, attention to detail, adaptability, and a team player attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
  • PHP 15,200 to PHP 17,200 per month.
  • Permanent work-from-home, full-time, long-term employment.
  • Basic salary plus government-mandated benefits, health benefits, leaves, bonuses, and other incentives.
  • Salary based on skills, attitude, performance, and attendance.
  • US and Canadian clients.
  • Shift: Graveyard Monday to Friday.
