Job Description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a high-level professional to play a key role in ensuring clients feel supported, guided, and valued throughout their journey. In this position, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing empathetic, thoughtful, and personalized assistance through email and chat.

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for managing, communicating, and responding to customers via email and chat. You will need to understand customers' needs and provide them with appropriate personalized solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor to couples, providing guidance, best practices, and recommendations to maximize their experience with our products/services (while collaborating with our research, product, and logistics teams). Your goal will be to build strong relationships with couples by providing trust, empathy, and professionalism.
