Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text for a high volume of low-complexity inquiries.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues (typically in an office environment) in response to a lower volume of higher-complexity inquiries.
  • Support Distribution Center Customer Service activities: liaise between customers, production, and distribution departments related to specific customer orders.

This role involves coordinating daily operations, implementing short- to medium-term activities within the team, and contributing to policies, processes, and standards for tactical and operational decisions within defined scope.

Incumbents matching this specialization are not compensated based on sales targets.

Required Skills and QualificationsQualifications
  • Mid-Senior level experience with advanced knowledge in customer service management, solution development, and team leadership.
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate lower-level specialists and lead the development of new solutions or projects.

Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
