Customer Experience Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive shopping environment, and driving sales and profit growth.


  • Provide top-notch customer experience by offering assistance, sharing product knowledge, and creating an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments to maximize selling opportunities, ensuring visually appealing store displays.
  • Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room, maintaining a well-organized store atmosphere.
  • Support customer purchases and returns at the register, providing accurate and friendly service.

To succeed as a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll need:


  • A proactive and helpful approach, with excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and collective success.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing circumstances and customer needs, taking initiative to address customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Effective time management, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service, with a customer service mindset that prioritizes customer needs while serving as a brand ambassador.
  • Strong fashion knowledge and genuine interest in fashion trends, with a selling mindset to approach and fulfill customer needs.
