We are seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as a Quality Analyst. The Quality Analyst is a front-line position responsible for the evaluation and documentation of customer transactions to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers. This individual will focus on evaluating transactions to ensure all required processes and guidelines are followed, ensuring the delivery of the highest levels of customer experience and employee engagement while driving KPI performance at or above all critical goals.
The Quality Specialist's key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating transactions to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of six months' experience in process transformation.
- The ability to work proficiently in MS Office.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and constructive communication.
