We are seeking a skilled Financial Transaction Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our company's financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports for management review.

In addition, they will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and tracking invoices, expenses, and payments to ensure timely collections and disbursements.

They should also have strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, and excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Strong English communication skills are essential, including high proficiency in reviewing financial documents, clear and professional documentation of financial transactions, and effective communication with clients and team members.

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Familiarity with the construction industry and job costing is highly desirable.
