Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Growth Specialist to assist in the expansion of our business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients using established scripts and CRM system, with the goal of scheduling appointments and qualifying leads through effective communication.
  • Scheduling and Follow-up: Schedule meetings and maintain relationships with existing contacts, utilizing effective phone communication and follow-up email communications.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain accurate client information within the CRM database, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Digital Presence: Create and post engaging content on social media platforms, leveraging industry knowledge and trends to drive business growth.
  • Documentation and Tracking: Document all client interactions within the CRM system, ensuring thorough record-keeping and efficient lead management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Effective Communication: Possess strong English communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to handle objections and qualify leads effectively.
  • Industry Experience: Have experience in real estate sales and appointment setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills, as well as experience with social media posting and scheduling.
