Senior Video Editor - Real Estate

Job Overview:

As a senior video editor specializing in real estate content, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video presentations that showcase properties in the best possible light.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit real estate video presentations using advanced editing software like Final Cut Pro X.
  • Structure video narratives to match the aesthetic expectations of modern real estate buyers and align with brand guidelines and listing goals.
  • Deliver high-volume content with fast turnaround while maintaining consistent visual and brand quality.
  • Work closely with producers and clients to implement feedback quickly and accurately.
  • Export and optimize videos for MLS platforms, YouTube, and Instagram, tailoring resolutions and formats for various marketing channels.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5.5+ years of advanced editing experience with Final Cut Pro X.
  • Proven experience editing videos for real estate listings.
  • Strong design and composition sense, especially in showcasing architectural features, interior lighting, and exterior landscaping.
  • Ability to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround while maintaining consistent visual and brand quality.
  • Client-Facing Communication Skills: Comfortable receiving and executing on client feedback.
  • Technical Requirements: Access to a fast Mac editing setup (remote access possible) and a fast, reliable internet connection.
