Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract execution. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties while ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales transactions by writing offers, working with MLS listings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies using digital channels and creative platforms.
  • Oversee transaction management utilizing data entry systems and customer relationship management tools.
  • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted advertising.
  • Assist clients in residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Conduct property tours, market analyses, and client consultations.
  • Negotiate offers, draft contracts, and oversee the closing process.
  • Maintain compliance with real estate laws, contracts, and transaction procedures.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid real estate license (Broker or Agent).
  • Possess proven experience in real estate sales and transaction management.
  • Be proficient in financial management software and MLS platforms.
  • Have strong knowledge of local real estate markets, contracts, and regulations.
  • Exhibit excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in transaction management platforms and social media marketing.
