Your Role:

You will be working within European time zones, efficiently supporting our global teams as Sales Operations Support Specialist. Your responsibilities will include managing Salesforce support requests, configuring customer information, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operation of sales and revenue processes.

This role offers a unique chance to work across time zones and contribute to an international setting that values efficiency, adaptability, and collaboration.

Your Impact:
  • Manage Salesforce support requests, including user setups, data updates, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Configure and maintain accurate customer information in internal systems.
  • Support CRM users by ensuring data accuracy and handling daily operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational needs.
  • Assist in process development and improvement to reduce manual tasks and enhance efficiency.
Your Skills:
  • Demonstrate attention to detail for accurate customer setups and data management.
  • Exhibit strong English communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or willingness to learn; prior experience is beneficial.
  • Brief Excel proficiency (e.g., VLOOKUP formulas).
  • Show a problem-solving mindset to identify process inefficiencies.
