We are looking for a motivated Remote Sales Coordinator & Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This dual-role position blends sales coordination with social media management to strengthen Gaia's brand presence while ensuring smooth client communication and sales processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination

  • Handle client inquiries across WhatsApp, email, and calls with a professional and service-focused approach.
  • Coordinate with florists, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, and client preferences in CRM.
  • Support the sales team with proposal preparation, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Track performance reports and assist management with client data insights.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Manage photo and video shoot coordination for new product launches and events.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize posts for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and maintain Gaia's online voice.
  • Work with the design and creative team to deliver visually appealing, brand-aligned content.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or social media management (experience in flowers, lifestyle, or hospitality industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php10, Php15,000.00 per month
