Job Summary:

A Vehicle Operations Coordinator is a key role that involves overseeing the movement of vehicles, processing related invoices, and managing processes for vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate transportation of vehicles and accurately process all related invoices for disposal vehicles in conjunction with remarketing personnel.
  • Ensure timely termination of vehicles within set KPIs and prepare them for sale, applying all applicable unfair wear and tear charges.
  • Comply with government regulations pertaining to vehicle sales.
  • Develop and manage internal processes and reporting for vehicle sales while minimizing repair costs and vehicle expenditure.
  • Manage returned vehicle stock and complete monthly stock reports accounting for 100% of vehicles.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow and recommend best practices.
  • Collaborate in system development, testing, and improvement activities as needed.
  • Verify all required documents are attached to the main operating system.
Performance Success Criteria:
  • Timely and accurate completion of fleet administration tasks.
  • Achievement of internal KPIs related to trade-in volumes and reporting.
  • Effective management of inventory and reporting accuracy.
