Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to support our operations team in ensuring the smooth running of our center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing and record keeping systems, center supplies, inventory, packages and deliveries.
  • Procurement: Procure materials for all classes and manage center supplies and inventory.
  • Communication: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Center Head.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Kits and Deliveries: Manage kits, packages and deliveries.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Manage center equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Class and Event Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Center Head of Estancia, Sales, Instructors, Sponsors regarding details of classes and events.
  • Evaluations and Feedback: Administer and monitor evaluations and feedback forms for all courses and events.
  • Instructor Support: Provide support to the instructor during the conduct of training/workshop.
  • Certificate Preparation: Prepare certificates of the participants.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
