Responsibilities:

  • Execute telecom operator solution roll-outs across the Philippines; maintain strong relationships with operator clients by proactively presenting customized solutions and success cases, securing marketing resource support, and ensuring effective implementation to achieve channel sales targets.
  • Develop and manage dedicated operator channel systems, and ensure compliance with operator channel policies.
  • Lead nationwide product sales through operator channels in the Philippines; coordinate with clients on order submissions, and drive the market share growth of the company's product portfolio (smartphones + ecosystem devices) in operator markets.
  • Monitor and safeguard market discipline in the operator business, ensuring authenticity, compliance, and sustainable sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree and above.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operator sales/account management; at least 1 year of experience in consumer electronics or retail industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, execution, learning agility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with the Philippine telecom market and proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
