
Strategic Recruitment Manager

Skillful recruitment leaders are required to drive growth and success in our dynamic organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the implementation of account strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular metrics updates to executive leadership, accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations, including client-specific SLAs and compliance with process.
- Act as escalation point for issues arising and identify optimum solutions for both parties.
- Support recruiters with workload allocation, including volume forecasting and headcount planning.
- Deliver performance optimization of all team members, set KPIs, devise development plans, and provide mentoring as required.
- Recruit and induct new staff, ensure effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to clients and improve time to productivity.
- Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services, and client satisfaction.
- Perform managerial responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing recruitment teams.
- Help team and individual team members meet established goals and metrics.
- Establish regular communication with the team, participate in daily huddles and team meetings with established agendas.
- Serve as frontline escalation for executive leadership and recruitment management groups.
- Develop recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
- Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards.
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment management groups to ensure partnership success.
- Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs of recruitment management groups to facilitate performance excellence.

- Proven experience in recruitment leadership or management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
