Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to lead our team of recruiters and drive business results through strategic hiring initiatives. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing recruitment team, developing and implementing comprehensive recruiting strategies, and overseeing inbound and outbound recruiting efforts.

This role requires a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams. You must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in English to build relationships across diverse candidate pools and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
