The role of Business Development Associate plays a pivotal part in expanding our global network of recruitment partners, ensuring student enrollment targets are met while fostering enduring, strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategically manage and grow a diverse portfolio of recruitment agencies
- Identify and onboard new agents in key international markets
- Conduct high-level business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
- Travel to industry events and target markets to establish and strengthen relationships
- Multitasking skills will be utilized daily to effectively manage a large portfolio of accounts
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-driven decision making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
- A fully remote setup with flexible working hours
