Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to assist our founder in placing attorneys with top-tier law firms. This role is ideal for someone who excels in making connections, enjoys phone-based outreach, and wants to work closely with our founder as their right-hand person.
Main Responsibilities- Candidate Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach to identify and engage attorneys for roles within law firms.
- Support Founder: Collaborate with the founder on candidate prep calls, client meetings, and strategy discussions to learn the legal recruiting industry.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure a smooth process for candidates and clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop genuine connections with candidates to understand their career goals and align them with opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain organized records of candidate and client information using our CRM tools.
- Market Research: Stay informed about trends in the legal industry to identify top talent and opportunities.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, legal, or a phone-based role at a U.S. company.
- Skills: Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach; strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and clients; organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must work full-time during regular business hours.
- Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet, proficiency with remote tools (e.g., Zoom, CRM systems), and a quiet home office setup.
- Hands-On Mentorship: Work directly with our founder, gaining hands-on experience in legal recruiting.
