We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for streamlining our recruitment processes, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and our team.
Responsibilities:- Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix platform
- Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
- Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
- Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
- Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
- 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
- Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
