
US HR Assistant

This role is an opportunity to work as a HR Coordinator in our organization, supporting our US-based operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various HR tasks, including documentation, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track documentation related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims
- Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality (including BambooHR and Paycor systems)
- Assist with coordinating onboarding and offboarding including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews
- Respond to employee inquiries and monitor the HR inbox
- Track training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts
- Generate HR reports and assist with audits and data integrity
- Coordinate performance management processes and reviews, generate completion reports, and support managers and employees throughout the cycle
- Support payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department
- Assist Compliance and HR leadership with tracking attestations, reporting requirements, and data privacy adherence
- Initiate and consolidate results from annual employee engagement surveys
- Schedule and coordinate company-wide updates, including monthly internal meetings and quarterly global town halls, partnering with leadership on agendas and presentations
- Special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Amenable to work graveyard hours/night shift
- Must reside within NCR or neighboring region for contingency
- Willing to work in Makati (if needed)
- Can start ASAP
Work Arrangement:
This position is offered in an Onsite with Remote Flexibility work basis. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements. Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary is expected.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- High Speed Internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload. You will be required to provide a speed test.
- Ability to directly hardwire to your modem
- Required to have a quiet dedicated work area.
