
Administrative Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and other relevant platforms;
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and managing applicant tracking system (ATS) updates;
- Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate smooth transitions for new hires;
- Act as the first point of contact for basic HR queries and provide exceptional customer service;
- Assist with performance management cycles, including scheduling check-ins, feedback sessions, and training events;
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a scale-up or fast-paced environment;
- Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
