What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Orchestrating HR Communications: Be the first point of contact for HR inquiries and manage the team inbox with timely, professional responses.
  • Managing Digital Ecosystems: Set up accounts and troubleshoot issues on platforms like HubSpot and Hubstaff.
  • Maintaining Data Integrity: Ensure employee records and HR data remain accurate and up to date.
  • Driving Reporting & Analytics: Prepare weekly HR Manpower Reports and assist with other reporting needs.
  • Championing Organizational Excellence: Maintain digital filing systems and manage documents for efficient workflows.
  • Supporting HR Operations: Assist with administrative tasks and internal communications to keep the team running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
  • At least two years of experience in an HR or administrative support role, ideally within a BPO or remote setting.
  • Proactive self-starter with exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Forms. Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Requirements
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.
  • Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
