
Senior Warranty Coordinators

We are seeking a skilled Certificate in Business or Tourism, to join our team as a Warranty Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in handling customer expectations and conflict, as well as strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
This role involves working closely with customers to resolve issues and ensure their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for communicating with suppliers and staff to ensure vehicle repairs are undertaken efficiently and within quoted costs and technical guidelines.
You will work closely with the department to ensure that all warranty claims are handled in a timely and professional manner, and that all repair costs, cost tracking, and authorization levels are within company policy.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Mechanical trade qualification or similar
- Diploma or certificate-level qualification in business or tourism
- At least 1 to 2 years of guest services or customer service experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience in handling customer expectations and conflict
- Supplier management experience
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic communication style
