Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in financial and office operations.

This is a full-time remote position that requires discipline and commitment to set working hours.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and management, preparing and reconciling general bank statements, and establishing and maintaining supplier accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Xero financial accounting system for accurate data entry and management.
  • Prepare and reconcile general bank statements, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Establish and maintain supplier accounts, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Xero Accounting Software.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Xero Accounting software, with strong attention to detail and task management skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with flexibility to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and file management systems for efficient workflow.
Work Environment & Expectations

This is a full-time work-from-home role that requires a high level of professionalism and accountability.

You will be expected to work a fixed shift, participate in team and client calls, and maintain consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift.

We expect you to treat this role as a long-term, full-time job, not a side gig or freelance task.
