Electrical Supervisor Job Description

This is a senior electrical role that oversees construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities include supervising and managing a small team of up to 6 manpower, including electricians and helpers, to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

  • Ensures all electrical installations, wiring, and connections are performed according to project plans, specifications, and electrical codes.
  • Coordinates with contractors, utility personnel, government agencies, and homeowners to discuss plans, specifications, or work schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be physically and mentally fit.
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Automotive or any related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of hand tools/power tools and equipment.
  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
