About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team as a Customer Acquisition Specialist.
As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries from potential customers and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a positive experience and successful conversion.
This role requires a proactive approach to understanding the Singapore co-living market, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to optimize processes and deliver outstanding results.
You will engage with leads, understand their needs, provide information about our offerings, and determine the suitability of leads by asking relevant questions to understand their budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Inquiries: Handle inbound emails and chat messages from prospective customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand Customer Needs: Listen actively to customers' requirements, questions, and concerns to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers about our products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
- Qualify Leads: Determine the suitability of leads by asking relevant questions to understand their budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Demonstrate Value: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services and how they meet the customer's needs.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: 2 years solid experience in sales, preferably in a real estate sales role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond professionally.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Persuasive and confident, with the ability to handle objections and provide solutions to alleviate any doubts.
- Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to optimize processes and deliver outstanding results.
