
Sales and Client Support Professional

This role is an opportunity to provide exceptional support as a Sales Support Specialist and Client Engagement Officer. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong organizational capabilities.
">- Support lawyers during online consultations to ensure a smooth session and understand client needs effectively.
- Prepare accurate and professional consultation summaries and meeting recordings in a timely manner.
- Help maintain strong follow-up with clients to address queries and prevent leads from going cold.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to introduce the firm's services and generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads who previously made enquiries but did not proceed with a booking or consultation.
- Identify and follow up with clients who were unable or did not successfully book a consultation.
Additional Tasks:
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including articles, presentations, and social media content.
- Support other marketing-related tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Natural ability to communicate clearly and warmly with clients and team members.
- Prior experience in sales, client service, or lead generation preferred.
- Ability to handle cold calls confidently and professionally.
- Good common sense and sound judgment in daily tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized individual.
- Comfortable working independently without micromanagement.
- Confident using computers and digital systems in a professional setting.
- Competent with typing, basic word processing, and navigating cloud-based tools.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
- Familiarity with calendars, emails, PDFs, and basic spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms for basic operations and content posting.
Work Arrangement and Expectations:
- Remote role set up via an Employer of Record (EOR) service.
- Availability for meetings and collaboration during core business hours.
- Disclosure of any existing ongoing roles or client work.
