Job Overview

This role is an opportunity to provide exceptional support as a Sales Support Specialist and Client Engagement Officer. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong organizational capabilities.

  • Support lawyers during online consultations to ensure a smooth session and understand client needs effectively.
  • Prepare accurate and professional consultation summaries and meeting recordings in a timely manner.
  • Help maintain strong follow-up with clients to address queries and prevent leads from going cold.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to introduce the firm's services and generate new business opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads who previously made enquiries but did not proceed with a booking or consultation.
  • Identify and follow up with clients who were unable or did not successfully book a consultation.

Additional Tasks:

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including articles, presentations, and social media content.
  • Support other marketing-related tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Natural ability to communicate clearly and warmly with clients and team members.
  • Prior experience in sales, client service, or lead generation preferred.
  • Ability to handle cold calls confidently and professionally.
  • Good common sense and sound judgment in daily tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly organized individual.
  • Comfortable working independently without micromanagement.
  • Confident using computers and digital systems in a professional setting.
  • Competent with typing, basic word processing, and navigating cloud-based tools.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
  • Familiarity with calendars, emails, PDFs, and basic spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms for basic operations and content posting.

Work Arrangement and Expectations:

  • Remote role set up via an Employer of Record (EOR) service.
  • Availability for meetings and collaboration during core business hours.
