This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be responsible for 100% phone-based customer service. You will receive inbound and place outbound calls within the hours of operation (8:30 am – 7:00 pm Eastern time). There is no cold calling, quotas, or lead generation in this position.

As a sales representative, you will be utilizing the company phone system and CRM to assist patients with refilling orders and answering patient inquiries.

  • Utilize the company phone system and CRM to assist patients with refilling orders and answer inquiries.
  • Receive inbound and place outbound enrollment calls.
  • Work within the hours of operation from 8:30 am – 7:00 pm Eastern time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a caring, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Work remotely from home and comply with remote work policies.
">Job Qualifications:">
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask by typing and talking during calls.
  • Experience in inbound and outbound calls preferred.
  • Advanced phone etiquette, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with dialer or CRM preferred.
  • At least 1 year of sales/CSR upselling experience in a BPO/call center setting.
