Remote Sales Role
This role involves engaging with existing and potential customers to promote products and services, drive revenue through consultative selling, and build strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, a strong command of the English language, and be skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and present products and services effectively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training.
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous call center experience.
- Strong typing speed (20+ WPM).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
