Job Title: Tech Virtual AssistantAbout the Role:The role of a high-performance Tech Virtual Assistant involves working directly with clients to assist with technical and administrative workflows.Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Handle technical inquiries and manage member accounts.
  • Technical Implementation: Design landing pages and create automations using n8n.io and other tools.
  • Lead Generation: Generate targeted lead lists using Apollo.io based on the client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs.
  • Data Synchronization: Sync leads and actions across platforms like Instantly, Apollo, n8n, and the client's CRM (e.g., HubSpot or HighLevel).
  • System Maintenance: Keep systems organized and documented in Notion or SOPs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical VA or marketing automation role.
  • Proficiency in Go High Level, n8n, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Zapier, and Make.com.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or HighLevel.
  • Background in outbound sales, B2B environments, and managing cold email campaigns.
