The company is looking for a skilled Jira Administrator to manage their digital workflow and ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Atlassian Administration: Manage user, group, role, and permission management; perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
  • Workflow & Automation: Design and optimize workflows, fields, screens, and automation rules to reduce manual effort.
  • Project Configuration & Reporting: Create/maintain projects, boards, dashboards, filters, and actionable reports.
  • Billing & Cost Optimization: Track licenses, reconcile invoices, right-size tiers, and recommend savings on apps and subscriptions.
  • Integration & Add-ons: Evaluate, implement, and maintain Marketplace apps; integrate Jira with CI/CD, chat, and other business tools.
  • User Support & Training: Provide second-line support, run training sessions, and maintain clear documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure security and compliance, document configurations, and champion ongoing process improvements.

We require strong experience in Jira administration, Agile methodologies, and IT Service Management. The ideal candidate should have solid scripting skills, excellent communication abilities, and be comfortable working with technical teams.
