Key Operations Specialist Role

This Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in optimizing the business workflow.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on partner accounts, ensuring seamless account provisioning and maintenance activities for merchants and partners of ShopeePay.

A key aspect of this role is to facilitate high-quality training for internal and external stakeholders (merchants) as needed. Additionally, the specialist will perform procurement activities, coordinate with Procurement, source vendors, file digital PRs, monitor vendor SLAs and payments.

Coordination with third-party vendors for ShopeePay logistics and deployment activities is also a critical responsibility. The specialist will ensure quality of service/materials provided by third-party vendors to merchants and manage SKUs of marketing materials in our inventory system.

Further, the Operations Specialist will provide insights based on ground observations for QRPh related to Merchant BD strategies and ensure SLAs are met across tasks.
